Information to visitors to Australia
· If you are visiting Australia and have a bleeding disorder, the ongoing supply of treatment products might not be available free of charge.
· It is highly recommended that you purchase appropriate travel and health insurance; however even when insurance is obtained your treatment product might not be covered by the policy.
· For visitors who are not eligible for a Medicare card, there is no obligation for a hospital to treat you except in emergency situations.
· Visitors to Australia who are ineligible for ongoing treatment are advised to bring sufficient of their own treatment product with them from their usual country of residence or secure an ongoing supply from that country for the duration of their stay in Australia
